Our apprentices make up 10% of our workforce. Why, we hear you ask? We believe that in order to invest in the talent of tomorrow we must pass on the skills of our past. Hythe Group apprentices work in all trades throughout Hythe Group, this ensures our trainees have a vast and solid foundation (across all skillsets) with which to build their future careers.
Due to Hythe Group working across multiple industries there are options to expand the apprenticeship training experience. After completing a pipefitter welder apprenticeship Hythe can also offer a day release course to cover plumbing (domestic and commercial). This gives apprentices a more in depth understanding of the fundamentals linked to the trade. As a result Hythe apprentices become more versatile and adaptable to the evolving requirements of the industry.
With a Hythe Group apprentice scheme, you’ll find yourself a great family to work with, incredible mentors and limitless career possibilities.

As Kier's mechanical sub-contractor, Hythe's technical expertise and input both during pre-construction design development and construction was highly professional. The high degree of collaboration helped to make our projects successful. Hythe's on-site foreman also made a valuable contribution.
